Silk Screening

Silk Screening – This option is ideal for large quantity tee-shirt printing. This is the process of designing a screen depicting your design using a computer and various types of software. Once the screen is completed, it will then be applied to your garment. The colors are forced through the screen and adhere to the shirt in positions pre-determined by your design. All colors are done individually, but once completed, will mirror you artwork. A set-up fee of $25 per color applies to the initial job. Screens will be kept on premise and re-used for all future orders of the same design thereby eliminating additional set-up charges beyond the initial job. Screens not used for two years or more are discarded.
